For sale is this 1998 Eagle Talon ESI FWD Hatchback with 5-speed manual transmission in red exterior over gray cloth interior. The Talon currently shows approximately 338k miles on the chassis however both the motor and transmission have been replaced and serviced regularly. Air conditioning operates properly and blows cold. Options include: Power windows, power locks and CD player. Brakes and rotors were serviced at the end of 2017. Perfect gas saver/commuter, the car is mechanically sound and ready to be driven. Check engine light currently on for small exhaust leak. This car has been in my family for 20 years now. It was bought brand new by my brother and then later passed down to me for my college years up until now. Although i replaced it for another car for work, whenever i drive it from time to time, i still get compliments while driving on the road and nostalgic conversations from car enthusiasts that owned one back in the day while getting gas. This car lives up to hype of one of the best coupes that came out in the 90s. It has been reliable and has never left me stranded, and i"m just looking for someone that"ll continue to give it the love it deserves. I"m asking 2200 OBO for it. Please don"t send ridiculous lowball offers for it for those request will be ignored. She may not be perfect but if you"re looking for something that is reliable, great on gas mileage( inexpensive to fill up) and still a joy to drive (along with some attention), this might be the sports coupe to fit the bill.
