Vehicle description
For sale is a nice 1997 Toyota Landcruiser with only 193,650 miles. This truck has been pampered and is in phenomenal running condition. I would not hesitate to take it cross country. I have all the records since it was purchased in 2012 and will also provide a Carfax I purchased to anyone coming to take a look at it. Anytime anything stopped working, it was immediately repaired. Everything works including the AC, heat, power seats, power mirrors, and windows. However, the front passenger window and rear windows do operate slowly. The drivers side visor also drops a bit from time to time. The seats are worn but have no tears or holes and the carpet also shows no rips or tears. The truck was not smoked in.
A class 3 trailer hitch and wiring was added 20,000 miles ago to occasionally tow a pop up camper. Other extras include a keyless entry security system with remote start.
Most recently, the brake lines, power steering pump, idler arm, wiper blades, belts, and hood struts were replaced. In addition, the oil was changed religiously with Mobil One Synthetic High Mileage. Tires are like new. The rear main crankshaft seal was changed at 189,260 miles as were the front rotors. Also changed out were the worm gears on both front seats.
The body is in good shape. There are no rust holes or dents. The running boards, while able to support my weight without an issue, are pretty rusty underneath and below the step pads and will probably need to be replaced soon. There is some rust under the driver side sill plate which I have shown in the pictures as well as around the front grill. I have included a number of underbody shots as well. It is a Wisconsin vehicle and has some rust underneath but is very solid without frame rust through.
Thanks for looking and please let me know if you have any questions.
