Vehicle description
I am selling my 1996 Jeep Cherokee Classic 4x4. I got this Jeep on my 16th birthday and have owned it for 4 years. I have put only 25,000 miles on it. The previous owners towed the Cherokee behind their RV for 80,000 miles and before them I was told it was a serviced State Park Vehicle from the state of Missouri. This has been my island daily driver for the past four years and it has never broken down on me. I love this Jeep and hate that I am selling it but I need a different car for school and living in a big city. Everyone loves this Jeep and it definitely turns a lot of heads. Pricing to sell quick for a down payment on new car
Pros:
Four speakers, a 12" Kenwood sub, and an amp wired up with Jeep
Alpine CD and Bluetooth deck
Swapped black front leather seats from a 1997 Jeep Grand Cherokee (passenger seat has power driver just needs new relay)
Rear black leather seats are from a 1991 Jeep Cherokee XJ.
3" lift front and rear &
31" Mickey Thompson Baja Claw TTC only just put on May 2017
The tires probably have less than 2,500 miles on them
American Racing black steel wheels
Re-done front end including new drag bar, Jeep Grand Cherokee ZJ tie rod, new tie rod ends, adjustable track bar
Has a brand new steering stabilizer
Power doors and power windows (locks are a little sticky)
Comes with transfer case drop to reduce driveline vibrations and sway bar disconnects
Tinted windows
Loud exhaust
Pretty clean body
Has no rust on the underside or exterior
Cons:
Right front fender is bent slightly. Someone backed into me in a parking lot (shown in picture)
Heat Defrost and A/C all are currently not working
Rear windshield wiper does not work
Has some rust on floor and there is one small rust hole under the rear seat (also shown in picture)
*I planned to cut out the rust hole and weld in a plate but never got around to it*
Drives straight but needs steering wheel needs to be aligned better
Needs bump stops
T-case drop needs to be installed
No carpet on floor
Headliner has began to sag
Needs new brakes
Steering clicks because of lift (steering needs a drop pitman arm)
