I just installed a brand new Kenwood stereo. I was going to take it out and put it in my Dodge but will leave it for the right price.
Electric brake controller. Was also going to put this in my Dodge but will leave it for the right price.
Runs and drives great.
Here is a listing what has been replaced since I have owned it.
Front brakes. Calipers, rotors, and pads. Just replaced with Powerstop Z36 Heavy Duty brakes last weekend.
Rear brakes. Completely replaced with new original equipment shoes and hardware.
Tune up with quality parts. Ac delco plugs and wires. Wix fuel and air filter.
At 79k miles I noticed the temp gauge getting a little hotter than usual. I replaced the radiator, water pump, installed a 180° thermostat, completely flushed and cleaned the coolant system and converted to prestone green antifreeze instead of dex cool. It helped a little bit but the temp was still getting a little higher than I liked. After some testing I realized I was getting exhaust gasses in my coolant. Every gasket and seal from the head gaskets up was replaced. I used Fel-Pro for the head gaskets and Victor Reinz for the rest. Everything was done right and torqued to Specs with a torque wrench. The heads were sent to a machine shop where they cleaned and resurface to them. I have put almost 3,000 miles on it since then and the truck runs very cool and has no leaks. I have taken it to Show Low and Sierra Vista without issues. I also replaced both exhaust manifolds and the EGR tube at this time.
The 4x4 works great.
The only thing I have left to do is reinstall the E brake hardware and cables. The cables were froze when I did the rear brakes and nobody had them in stock so I just removed them temporarily. I would also bleed the brake system again. The brakes work fine but the pedal is a little softer than it was before I changed the calipers. This is the only thing the truck needs and I will be taking care of them if I have time before it sells.
