1996 BMW Z3 Convertible. Terrific low mileage (~35k) 1st year roadster in the best color - Atlanta Blue.
This is a one family owned vehicle, purchased new by my parents and then sold to me (their son) and very well cared for from the start. The color is terrific, it is as solid and reliable as the sun rise and has the comfort to drive all day. This is a roadster, which is different than a Miata - if you"re 6"3" like me you will be very comfortable, can see thru (not above) the windshield and will enjoy all day ride quality and lower noise as you would expect in a BMW.
It"s loaded with the expected: dual airbags, ABS, power seats, windows, locks and steering, the A/C is ice cold and the heat is hot; cruise control, BMW security system and leather wrapped steering wheel and shifter and more.
Factory options added were Heated Seats and Mirrors, All Season Traction Control and Metallic Paint.
The dealer installed the wood applique (it still looks terrific) and the wind blocker (such a great invention).
It runs terrific with new(er) Continental tires, dealer serviced and the top is in very good shape as it"s been garaged it"s entire life. The paint is terrific but there are a few bumps from being in the garage and the chin has some light curb rash. You could get into it tomorrow and drive across the country without hesitation. .just buy and enjoy.
As shown in the pictures, it has the original boot cover, the cover for the convertible window and it"s bag, I also have the window sticker, manuals and other new car purchase items.
This is a terrific car but it"s time for me to downsize my collection. Good Luck!
