Vehicle description
Private party selling an extremely rare (1 of only 103) documented Special Edition, High Performance, Firebird Formula “Firehawk” convertibles built in 1995. Also, this car is 1 of only 33 black Firehawk convertibles made in 1995. The Firehawk is a very special performance car that Pontiac and SLP (Street Legal Performance) Engineering collaborated on. If you are looking for something rare that has performance and won’t break your bank account, this might be the car for you! Pontiac records show only 569 Firehawk coupes and 103 convertibles were built in 1995. The Firehawk performance package includes a 5.7L, LT1 V8 with 315hp (virtually the identical power-plant as the Chevrolet Corvette of the same year, however it’s lighter, so therefore beat the Corvette, testing 0-60 mph in 5.3 seconds, quarter mile in 13.9 seconds at 103.6 mph, and the Corvette price tag was $10k more). Part of the SLP package included the iconic Firehawk twin-nostril hood that directs air into the intake system, SLP SS exhaust, special Firehawk custom SLP wheels, special Firehawk SLP suspension components, also has the SLP Firehawk badging, etc, etc. My Firehawk is #0637 (SLP documented), Fully documented car that spent its entire life in California and Arizona, so very clean with no rust. Adult owned, 100% stock, options include the RV6 “Firehawk” performance package, 122 Graphite leather interior, TOTL (two on the left) SLP performance exhaust (sounds incredible), black convertible top, full power everything package and automatic transmission. A much more desired car than a Trans Am in my opinion. This car has always been garage kept since new. Own a true piece of rare Pontiac history. It’s in all original, excellent condition throughout, runs and drives excellent and has very low original miles for a 1995 (142k). It has never been in any accidents, has a clean current Carfax included, clean AZ Title. The car is used and is being sold as is where is with no warranty. Only serious buyers should inquire. Buyer pays shipping or picks the car up.
