Vehicle description
RARE RARE RARE. . this Jeep has a story. .
This rust-free, garage kept, near mint inside and out XJ started its life in Alaska. It was owned by an older servicewoman stationed there. She kept the most detailed vehicle history I have ever seen, down to air Freshners. . its been documented, serviced regularly and spent most of its life on highway miles. I am the second owner and was lucky enough to purchase this relic. It says 155k but inside and out it boggles my mind that its not just 55k. . this classic inline 6 engine will run longer than new cars out there.
Since I"ve owned it for the past handful of years, its been garage kept, detailed regularly, updates and maint made. New BF Goodrich K02"s and even had the stock wheels powder coated. . yes would"ve been cheaper to buy new ones but this was about preserving a special piece of history on this stock Jeep that has survived the hands of hacks, rust and so on.
I never planned to sell this, the idea was to preserve it for historical reasons and as an heirloom. BUT Covid times. . .
It turns heads, has about 40 friends wanting it and is now up for auction to the highest bidder and right home.
Title in hand and clean. Prefer local pickup but buyer can arrange a delivery service.
