Vehicle description
Up for sale is my 1994 Mitsubishi 3000GT. It has 107,000 on the odometer and is in pretty nice condition; especially considering how old it is. It runs and drives 100%. The ABS light is on along with the SRS light. Since I"ve had it, I"ve done the following:
- Bearing-Loaded 3S short shifter and weighted shift knob
- 6500K Ultra HID low beams from DDM Tuning
- K&N Drop in Air Filter
- Pioneer AVH-201EX Head Unit w/ remote and DVD Player
- Viper Remote Start (I don"t leave the car in gear when I park)
- JBL and Pioneer Speakers
- LED Blinker Bulbs all around (ex: brake, turn signal, reverse, etc)
Comes with the owner"s manual and the original shift knob along with a TechShade Windshield Shade from WeatherTech (MA-TS0682).
Car starts and runs quite nice. There"s a vibration between 55-65mph but I never investigated. I"d think it"s a balancing thing.
Oh and one other issue is that the fuel tank gauge is a little screwed up. It"s an easy enough fix if you fill up the tank with gas, then adjust the fuel gauge needle to full. I took the cluster out to install some white gauges but they were the wrong ones. When I put the needle back, I was quite a bit off.
As it stands now, when you fill up, the needle goes way past full. Since this has happened, I"ve been filling up when the needle gets to 1/2 or ~300 miles on the trip meter. I may just fix this before parting with the car so it"s one less thing the new owner needs to be concerned with.
I bought new spark plugs and wires but have yet to install them (it"s a pretty decent sized project to replace the plugs/wires on this car). The AC works, the ECS on the struts works and the power windows/locks work along with the power driver"s side seat. Sunroof glass is removable and there is no leaks. Tires are in good condition and with the ECS on "sport" mode the car handles excellent! I owned a 94 3000GT back in 2003 and the ECS didn"t work so I never got to experience how much of a difference it makes. It"s actually pretty incredible! Driver"s side seat shows heavy wear but nothing too serious. The car runs and drives 100% and this is my daily driver. Title is clean. Has a 98 front bumper installed (that"s how I bought the car). Take a look at my feedback and bid with confidence. I have a YouTube video of the car being started, the engine bay, the headlights, the inside, so on and so forth. Message me for the link. I"ll attempt to post it here but it might get taken down (copy/paste the link below and then remove all of the spaces between each character) h t t p s : / / y o u t u . b e / b i H A t N F S 2 D 0
