FOR SALE 1993 VW Eurovan MV with 82,290 miles, good condition, 5-cylinder, automatic, blue in color with grey interior. All four tires have less than 3k miles. Vehicle started Thursday 9/2, and ran for about a half hour. Drove approximately 3 miles. Interior package includes: fold out seat (bed), pop up table, side door, and pop up rear hatch w/storage space. Floor mats. Clear title in my name. New Battery dated 4/2021. Including Ice Chest/Cooler. I am also including both Volkswagen Eurovan Factory Repair Manuals. USE: I used this van for local travel, and weekend camping. It was great. .really going to miss it when she sells. REASON FOR SELLING: The County I live in says I have too many vehicles parked on my property, so I have to sell some. This vehicle is just one of many I am being forced to sell. The rest are VW bugs in rough condition. Hate to sell my baby, but I have to. . KNOWN PROBLEMS: Passenger front window won"t go all the way up (track issue?). Driver side front blinker light assembly missing. There are a few light bulbs out - no turn signals, headlights). Could use a tune up (new plugs, air filter, fluids/filters, etc). Reverse gear is intermittent: Possible clogged reverse solenoid, pressure control solenoid, or faulty switch. Or, I may have inadvertently put too much transmission fluid in. Really needs a ODB meter hooked up to pull the codes then go from there (I don"t have a ODB tester for this year). A few sections of the rubber seals around the doors have lost adhesion. The driver side headlight has water in it (replace it?). Lastly, the guy who installed the fuel pump forgot to move the fuel gauge handle down inside the tank, so the fuel gauge shows just over a quarter tank all the time. I never got around to fixing that. YOU: Have always wanted a VW camper style van, and have been looking for one to buy. You don"t mind if a few things aren"t perfect. And, you don"t mind putting a little money into one to obtain your goals.
