Car has been passed through the family - same owners (lists 3. all in the family) serviced/bought from the Mercedes dealer in 93. One of the last of the "Hand-made" Mercedes models with paint that shines like it was bought yesterday. Clean title. Smog passed. Registered, June 2021. 300CE model is a quite reliable cruising car in the legendary W124 E class. It’s held up very well for 93’ with 210,000 miles. Has given me or my family no major problems over the course we have driven it.
Cosmetic work is needed. Needs a new front bumper cover, interior rearview mirror. One fog light is out. Mechanically needs a standard tune up, new brake pads, occasionally idles when stopped at a light in drive. No major red flags/no lights on. Just take it to a trusted mechanic for a tune up and you"re ready to cruise in style. When time and funds allow take it to a body shop and get it restored the way you like it. Still plenty of mileage to go. Nothing to hide just looking to make some extra cash on my 2nd vehicle.
