Vehicle description
This sale is for a "No reserve". 1992 Dodge 3500 pick up Truck extended cab. The camper/sleeper on the truck is the original from the factory. The 12 valve engine has received a thorough inspection and maintenance as requested by the service schedule. The injection pump has been repacked. low original miles. (166,400). No leaks. automatic transmission. dually with good tires (60% plus). This is a very strong truck with lots of potential. The body and paint was recently done only because the original paint was faded. No major accidents. New front grill. nice clean interior. a/c works fine. please look at the pictures and ask questions. I might no be an expert on this diesel engines but I can always respond with an honest ànd clear answer with the help from my mechanic. my mechanic explained to me and showed me how to check the engine for blow back and we did that with a negative blow back. it was perfect. a low miles engine shouldn"t have this problem. I looked for any major leaks and neither the front or back seals have a major or serious leak problems. the rear seal had a small oil drip after I turned off the engine but it stopped after maybe one minute. this was maybe a drop per minute and it stopped. when the engine is running. there"s no leaks at all. I checked the frame for any signs of cracks or rust issues and everything is perfect underneath the truck. No rust in any areas around the truck. cab mounts, rockers, floors. frame, body seams. All this areas I mentioned are clean. Zero rust. The pictures I included on the floors are just superficial stains. I like to mention that the truck has some issues with the lights. the front grill was replaced and not everything is connected or working properly. This and other minor and cosmetic problems might or not be resolved for the buyer but I will inform later on if this little problems were solved. Basically, the truck is being "sold as is". The big thing is the engine and transmission. This are in good working status. The rest is an easy fix thing and not expensive to do. Once again, ask questions look at the pictures. pictures are the best way for describing te truck, but there"s other things I don"t know about this truck but I will make an effort for the honest and best answer. Good luck bidding.
