Original owner. I"m listing this for my 82 year old father who bought this truck new in 1994. It was used to pull a camper to southern states for the winter. It has never been in snow or salt. You can tell by the pictures that this was his baby. It has always been garaged except when it was in campgrounds, then it was covered. He added the following: exhaust brake, air bags for the rear, Amsoil dual paper filters (oil samples were taken on a regular basis), front grill guard, tonneau cover. He quit towing about 9 years ago so the truck has been exercised only except for a few out of state trips that I drove it. The following items were replaced within the last 5,000 miles: injection pump, clutch, injectors. The dowel pin fix was done a while ago. The interior is in great condition with the only noticeable wear mark on the driver"s seat bolster by the lumbar lever. The truck runs great and starts right up. It does have a small amount of white smoke and runs a little rough when cold since the injectors were put in but within a couple miles runs perfectly with no smoke issues otherwise. (except maybe a little black smoke when you get your foot into it.) It has 4.10 gears and still got 19 miles to the gallon on a trip to New York to pick up a four wheeler. If this truck was 4 wheel drive it would be sitting in my garage and would be my daily driver. I would not hesitate to drive it to California tomorrow. The Reese 5th wheel rails were removed so there are bolt holes in the bed. The only issues I know of: radio turns on but does not produce sound, air conditioning needs recharged, some stone chips but paint is still shiny, inside the bed has some bare spots on the floor but still looks really good, will need tires before too long. For sale locally so may stop auction at any time.
