1991 Saab 900 Turbo Convertible 108,000 Original Miles Automatic transmission
Clean title
This vehicle is in good condition. It starts, runs, drives, and brakes well with no issues.
Body— The body is solid with only a small patch of rust appearing above the driver"s side rear wheel arch. There are signs of clear coat pealing on the door tops below the widows. The hood and truck were recently repainted with original Saab color. Ideally, this paint could use another coat of clear to produce a glossy finish. All badges/emblems have been removed from the hood and truck but are include with the sale. There is a small patch of rust present on the lower, inside of the driver"s side door.
Glass and Trim— All glass including the rear window is in very nice condition. The rubber trim does show signs of weathering similar to other vehicles of this age.
Convertible Top— The cloth convertible top has been replaced is close to new in condition. This past summer it was cleaned and sprayed with a weather repellent protector. The top operates with no issues.
Wheels and Tires— The single-piece alloy wheels are in nice condition but could use a cleaning an polish to make look close to new. The tires hold air and drive nicely but have less than 1/2 tread left.
Engine and Transmission— The engine starts and runs well with no issues. The battery is relatively new. Service documentation from the previous owner indicate that the engine was tuned up and filters replaced. The exhaust system is nice and quiet. The turbo functions as expected.
Brakes— The brakes are nice and firm and stop the vehicle without any issues. The ABS dash light is illuminated. I was informed by the previous owner that a sensor on the rear axle is suspected to need replacement. The brakes do not pull, vibrate, or make any funny noises.
Electrical— All electrical items function as expected. The original Saab/Clarion radio has been replaced with an aftermarket head unit. The SRS dash light is illuminated. A replacement clock spring is include with sale to resolve this issue.
Interior— The interior is in nice condition overall. The leather seats do show signs of minor shrinkage and light wear. There are also a few cracks in the top of the dash that are covered with an aftermarket dash cover. The red seat belt release buttons are cracked (does not affect safety). Replacement seat belt receivers are included with the sale.
Original owner manuals and factory documentation are included in the original Saab binder. This vehicle comes with two Saab-branded keys and two non-branded keys.
