Vehicle Details You don’t have to have a man-bun, live out of a roof tent, and hand roast your free-trade coffee beans to want a vintage Land Cruiser. To me, they always evoked that adventure mood to just escape. Plus, with the legendary Toyota reliability, they would go forever and not leave you stranded. This is so appealing. They are just as relevant today as they were over thirty years ago. The challenge is finding a good clean survivor that has been well maintained and hasn’t rusted away. This Colorado born and raised Land Cruiser is in exceptional survivor/driver condition, especially considering the age and miles. The exterior looks fantastic and is very original. It appears that the majority of the paint is factory original but this has not been confirmed with a paint meter. Naturally, there are some small nicks here and there from 30+ years of use, and what looks like some very minor hail damage, but nothing that a paintless dent guru couldn’t easily get out. The original trim, rubber, and light lenses are in good condition. The glass is all original and in perfect condition The original factory finished wheels are in excellent shape with no major blemishes and just some natural aging to the chrome. The brakes and tires have approximately 75% life remaining. The engine is rock solid and just hit the 200k mile mark. I'd say it's only about halfway through it's life, this baby runs smooth. This car has never once broke down on me and is as reliable as they come. Passed emissions last year so you are good till 2023. Clean title.This 1990 FJ62 is the last year in this epic body style and comes with the rare and coveted automatic transmission. Interior:The interior 99% original and in outstanding condition, super clean and no tears in roof liner. There is a small tear in the driver seat by the buckle (I have yet to see an FJ without this tear) and there is minor sun damage on top of the passenger side dash. Only thing that isn't original inside the car is the radio. Needs:New shocksElectrical work for door locksSome electrical work for windows. . and that's it! I was going to put an Old Man Emu suspension on her to deal with the shocks that need replacing, but sadly the wife and I are moving so I have to part ways with my beloved beast.
