Terms of Sale The wining bidder must contact me within 72 hours of auction end and send $500 non-refundable deposit (to hold the vehicle). The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days after the auction ends. Cash or wire transfer only. If no contact made or deposit received within 72 hours, I reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell it through any means desirable. The car will not leave my property or possession until all funds have cleared the bank.
