Vehicle description
About this vehicle This 1988 Toyota Pickup is a modified vehicle with updates to the drivetrain. The owner has had it for 2 years. The vehicle runs great and is used as a daily driver. Vehicle Details Couple dings and dent along the way but nothing that can’t be popped out if you wish, it is a 34 year old truck after all. It’s been my daily driver as well as my weekend hunting rig and has weathered every storm that’s come it’s way. 35” tires (75% tread) sitting on 17” wheels with a 2.5” old man emu lift, I also have the original wheels and tires to go with it still in good condition. This truck is a tank and will easily live on for an other 34 years. Zero rust and no mechanical issue, 4x4 works and I use it almost weekly when the back end doesn’t want to stay behind me in the snow! 3.0l V6 engine mileage is lower on the engine due to the previous owner doing an engine swap, not sure on the mileage but when I bought she said it had around 170k on it. I love this truck and I hate to see it go but I have to sell to buy my grandads truck to keep it in the family, I’m stuck between a rock and a hard place unfortunately. If not for this reason I’d keep this beauty and drive her tell she quit and builder her back up to go an other lifetime! Interior I’d give a 5 out of 10. Not all that pretty but still not the worst I have ever seen. My ideas may differ from yours but these trucks were never meant to be pretty pavement queens. I’ve done zero work to the interior other than clean it occasionally an it suited me just fine.
