Vehicle description
Low miles very original 1988 Porsche 928 S4, Guards Red over mahogany interior and powered by a 320 HP / 317 FT-LB DOHC 5.0-liter V8 paired with a rear-mounted four-speed automatic transmission. Well optioned with; sunroof, rear spoiler, rear window wiper, pop-up headlights with integrated fog lights, 16″ alloy wheels, power-adjustable seats, power windows, automatic climate control, cruise control, and an aftermarket stereo. I Bought the car in July 2018 for my wife, but she just doesn’t drive it enough, so time to sell it Recently serviced and overhauled the power steering system, replaced the timing belt, water pump, thermostat, and drive belts. Car has 43,600 original miles. I have the factory books and tool kit. The car has a clean Carfax report (no accidents) and clean Florida title. The body and paint are in great shape, especially for the age. The interior is just immaculate, the original leather is soft and tight. The headlight washers do not work. Bridgestone tires are in ok shape but will need to be replaced soon. There are a few cr acks between the vents on the dash top. Everything else on the vehicle works as it did back in 1988. The AC blows cold with great flow out of all vents. The car runs very good, shifts firm and crisp. This is a true time capsule, 928s in this condition are getting harder and harder to find. If you are looking for a low mile, great running 1980/90’s European grand tourer this is your car. You can hop in this car and drive anywhere in the country. I would keep it, but I am building out my race car. This car is for sale locally and may be withdrawn from the auction at anytime.
