Vehicle description
I want to make sure all imperfections are noted since this is an online auction. There are little nicks on the bumper fillers right in the corners where the bumpers touched, easily touched up, but wanted to add that. There are three spots where the paint is not perfect. One is behind the quarter window on the passenger side, this one I cannot fix at home, it will need to be wet sanded and dusted with paint by a paint and body guy. Very hard to see from a few feet away, but you can see it when you get close and look at an angle. The other spots are on the doors and very difficult to see. Looks like someone put a strip of tape down the door, right in the middle (like where molding would be). This is very difficult to see and can be color sanded out. There were some water spots on the hood, top and trunk lid when I got the car. I color sanded and buffed the deck lid and the hood, I have not gotten around to the roof yet (update, I have been working on these, looking really good). Very difficult to see them but they are there. From 3-4" away you cannot see any of these imperfections. I have the carfax for the vehicle. It had the title rebuilt back in 1994 in Pennsylvania, it appears from research that I have done to be from a theft recovery. The paint buffs out beautifully, the car is straight, no rust and appears to have never been wrecked (factory undercoating is perfect) The motor was just built by arguable the best Buick engine builder in the country (Chris Hogeland) and the trans was just gone through by TCI.
