This Grand National was purchased new at Friedman Buick in Mayfield Heights Ohio. A gentleman in his late 50"s purchased the car for himself and his wife to enjoy, but ended up being rarely driven. This car has never been in the rain or the snow and has always been properly stored in a heated garage. The original owner"s wife had terrible arthritis and for ease of use, a factory GM key less entry system was installed by the dealer. Along with the key less entry, the outside door handles and truck lock were removed and smoothed out. You cannot tell that the doors or trunk have been painted as this was done by the dealership when the car was bran new. The car is not completely stock and has been modified both mechanically and cosmetically. When the car was new with 322 miles on it the following modifications were made. All exteriors emblems were removed. The factory 85 MPH gauge cluster was replaced with a 145 MPH gauge cluster. ( Original comes with the car ). An 2 1/4 aftermarket stainless steel exhaust system was installed . This system enters the car slightly different from the factory system. Although these modifications were made, I believe it was more for show than anything, as there is no indication that the car has ever been anything but a daily driver With all the additional parts and books that come with this car, it was more pride of ownership. We have all original parts. The condition of this car is perfect. You will be very hard pressed to find any flaws. The car has always been a non smoking car, interior shows no wear or stains. truck and under body are super clean.no door dings or scratches. The car runs and drives perfectly as you would expect a new car to be. The second owner bought the car and added another 125 miles. Mileage shows 1400 but car actually has 1722 on it. We love the car but have decided to sell our vehicles and turn to some traveling. The car would be a great addition to any collection. So fun to drive.
