Vehicle description
1986 Buick Grand National in unrestored condition. I am the third owner of the car. I have documentation, maintenance records, owners manual, and warranty information from new. The car has had the left rear quarter panel and both doors repainted by previous owners, rest of the car is original paint. Car has 88k original unrestored miles. The car shows nice for the mileage. The car runs great and makes the power and torque that would would expect from a Grand National.
The car is unmodified with the exception of a Racetronix fuel pump, Turbo Tweak chip, K&N cold air assembly, Pipes SS dual exhaust system, and rebuilt stock Garrett turbo. I have the original GM air induction box assembly, turbo v6 coil pack, date coded wires, and catalytic converter that goes with the car. The air conditioning is the original R12, it needs a recharge or converted to R134A if you want to use it.
The car has new Moog steering components, front brakes/rotors/bearings, front Bilstein shocks, BFG Radial TA tires, high output coil pack, wires, plugs, fuel tank, fuel filter, EGO sensor, and GM front air dams. New right lower control arm with AC Delco bushings & ball joint, new rear AC Delco coil springs.
The car does have a few weak points, scratch on right side C pillar from previous owner due to bike handle, slight oil leak that is typical for these cars, slight pull to the right, and the car should be tuned supporting the rebuilt stock turbo and chip install.
The interior is very nice and is very clean inside and out. Please email me for any additional questions or photos at [email protected]. This is a true collector car and is going up in value.
Thanks, Chris
