“This is a meticulously maintained Mercedes R107 SL that comes with years of maintenance receipts and it shows. The car drives incredibly smooth. I dropped the drivers seat a couple inches and removed the sun visors to accommodate my 6’2 frame. I could not be more comfortable in it now but the original frame will be included. I also added a CarPlay/Android Auto receiver to the car to make navigating around a little easier.”

Vehicle description

Purchased from the previous owner of 20+ years in the spring. The previous owner always garaged the car and it shows. Almost no rust to be found anywhere but the three tiny spots shown with a dime to compare the size to. The cars runs and drives beautifully and has never overheated or caused any anxiety what so ever in traffic. It’s smooth as silk down any road and cruises down the highway easily at 75. The car comes with a pile of previous work completed dating back to the 90s. The timing chain was done at 82k miles and while no oil change is due, I will be having my mechanic do another in preparation for the sale. When I purchased the car I put on new tires and had an oil change done. There was also extensive work done to the AC system not too long ago and does seem to somewhat work. I never drive the car with the top up so it isn"t used at all, but when I tested it on a 95 degree day the air was somewhat cool coming out of it. While I know the car was always garaged at night, I think it saw a decent amount of sun at the previous owners office as the paint shows signs of cracking when you look very close at it, and the dash is cracked. The paint still looks beautiful though from anything more then a foot away, you have to look very close to see the sun damage.
