Vehicle description
Vehicle Details Ford F-250.I purchased this truck a year ago from a Mennonite in Eaton Ohio. The truck was given to the couple from there father for a wedding present; this truck only had two owners before I bought it. They used it to put a camper in the bed and vacationed in Florida for the winter. That is why the truck has no rust on the underbody. When it was not being used to vacation, it sat on their farm and was barely used. That is why it has such low mileage. This truck was never used to pull big loads. They had other vehicles for that job. When I bought it it had been setting in a barn for years only started up once in a while to keep the seals from rotting out. The engine has zero blowby. I repeat, this engine has absolutely zero blowby! I replaced a lot of parts on this truck and I have only driven it 3000 miles since all of the work has been done to it: Replaced clutch slave cylinder, Replaced all 4 tie rods and kingpin bushings, Replaced fuel injector return lines, Replaced fuel injectors, Replaced power steering pump, Replaced brakes master cylinder, Replaced almost all of the break lines, replaced all break line hoses, replaced parking break cables, Replaced right rear axle seal, Replaced camshaft sensor, Replaced both batteries with napa brand batteries, Replaced all belts napa brand, Replaced air filter, Replaced fuel filter, Replaced radiator hose napa brand, Did a coolant flush, Replaced all door seals, Replaced all window seals, Replaced window motors and window switches, replaced rear tail lights, replaced tires with brand new Firestone LT265/75R16 123/120S M+S Destination X/T. The underbody, frame, and engine on this truck is amazing and the pictures don't do it justice. You have to see it for yourself. This truck does not have any emissions control and no computer which means you can put a lot of different types of fuel in it: peanut oil, used fryer grease, kerosene, fuel oil, ex. This would be a great project for a show truck or could just be used as an everyday driver/towing. I would not be afraid to get in this truck and drive anywhere. Things that are wrong with it: chip in the windshield, passenger visor is droopy and needs messed with every once in a while, the driver side window switch is not the original part/replaced it with a different year because they no longer make them and the ones that are still in existence are very expensive, exhaust ends after the muffler and needs a tail pipe if you care about that sort of thing/it is a very short run and the exhaust is in great shape still, the dashboard and driver seat need to be replaced if you want it to be perfect, honestly if you want to turn this into a show truck you would want to replace all of the interior except for the back seat and the carpet which is actually in really good condition, The spots that have rust are in the pictures above, the hood just has surface rust it is not pitted, no radio was in the truck due to it being owned by an old school Mennonite. The previous owner had a giant stack of paperwork on this truck that showed everything he had ever done to it and it had regular maintenance . Images Download the Motors app
