Well, she won"t win you any beauty pageants, but she won"t leave you stranded either. This sweet little truck is in search for a loving home. She has lots of great qualities that are certain to bring smiles to anyone ready to ride.
Mechanically: I have not been able to find anything mechanically wrong with her. She has a brand new battery and oil change. She can sit for 6 months and has no problem firing up to get you to your destination. She shifts like butter but does not slip any of her gears. The original 22R is strong and sassy. She is ready for any road trip if put to the test.
Exterior/Body: She is comfortable in her own skin. She has stories to tell from her days on the ranch here in Wyoming where she has lived almost her entire life. She wears all of her original sheet metal and paint and she"s solid! If you wanted to throw a paint job on her she would beam! She also has new tires all the way around.
Interior: Her seat is worn on the driver side, probably from the last cowboy that slid in and out with tools in his back pocket? The original floor mat is in decent condition with some wear at the heel pad. The original tool kit and jack are still where they are meant to be and in good condition. I don"t think they have ever been used. All of the gauges work as well as the retro radio.
All in all, this old girl will not only get you where you need to go, but she will get you there for a minimal expense(great fuel mileage) and you will make friends along the way. If maintained she will take you another 500K miles.
