Vehicle description

This is a great one. Completely replaced interior set up for boondocking with hot water & shower. Well maintained by previous owners and myself. The underside is perfect. Has new pop-up tent with three windows. Completely renovated interior of camper; see details below.
MECHANIC & EXTERIOR Rebuilt motor with 2.1 liter case, valves, pistons etc.
Added 6 gallon Suburban LP/Electric water heater. Installed exterior RV shower valve; installed RV water pump on dual Auxiliary/Shore power switch; 10 gallons of potable water tank capacity, as well as 5 gallons gray water capacity, both removable, sink drain can be diverted to hose connection drain under van.
All water lines can be isolated by ball valves for cold climates. The remaining section of water lines inside the interior of the water heater cabinet remain can be kept from freezing by running the water heater. Entire system can be winterized in 30 seconds by removing a fresh water tank connection and dropping it into a battle of RV Antifreeze and using the water pump to pull it through the bypass valve on the water heater to purge both hot & cold lines of water. They can also be insulated but I haven’t needed to take the extra precaution here.
Replaced rear heater coil and housing.
Front and rear suspension with Van Cafe 2WD lift springs/Bilstein shocks, all bushings. Menfro African steelie wheels and Nokia AT tires.
Fuel tank seals and vents as well as all fuel lines.
Blazecut fire suppression system installed on engine compartment door.
Replaced city water connection with GoWesty quick connect.
Replaced LP tank valves; replaced slider door latch and bushings.
All locks keyed to match by Steve’s Lock Shop through the Vanagon Owners Group on FB.
BenT’s front clamshell extension allowing use for fake spare tire garage (parts seen in pic included, i.e. extra fuel line, couple of Mann oil filters, couple of alternator belts)
Professionally designed & installed auxiliary (2) 6v battery system installed with Victron combiner, Blue Seas circuit panel. Panel wired for water pump, usb/charge readout, 12v jack, dual 2.1 USB jacks on face of bench. There are 9 circuits open in the 12 fuse Blue Seas block.
Gary Lee Hatchback Rack with mount for Jerry can, spare tire (all 5 wheels & tires from Van Cafe) and Hi-Lift Jack on top, with built in ladder steps for accessing top. Also has a 3/4 width fold down shelf. Rear hatch struts replaced. BenT’s hatchback lock extension, wheel chocks and levelers, 25’ gray water hose and two 25’ potable water hoses, 4” sewer drain hose connection, Rubbermade tote including ratchet straps (for attaching to hatchback rack shelf).
Replaced floppy side mirrors with truck mirrors from Campervan Culture.
Vanagain HALO LED headlights with Amber halo turn signals.
Campervan Culture door pockets installed in both driver’s and passenger’s doors.
Exterior LED lights installed all around replacing all bulbs.
ARB awning (8’x12’) mounted with security bolts to prevent theft. 8’x12’ ARB awning room with doors front and back as well as mosquito screen throughout. As seen in pics, will include outdoor carpet used to protect it from the ground.
INTERIOR Replaced upholstery and foam bed/bench seat. Replaced cabinets with IKEA units and butcherblock countertop with undermount stainless steel sink.
Replaced stereo with bluetooth model.
Front dash Euro-jack replaced with dual 2.1 USB outlet.
Replaced all wood structure in camper from subfloor to bench frame and upper bunk floor. Will include the original hardware for upper bunk.
Installed vinyl floor tiles. Will include extra tiles for future replacements/repairs.
Added sound dampening and insulation to the interior of the walls as well as the entire camper floor.
BZ pop-up shelf installed on pop-up bar.
Added a small cabinet behind passenger seat for addition storage - this can be removed.
GoWesty’s Fridge vent blocking panel installed but vent was left for possible future use
Will provide a complete list and receipts for all updates and parts installed.
