1981 Mercedes-Benz 240D Manual – Pristine Original Condition& Low 92k Actual Miles We are proud to list our “Biscuit” - a 1981 Mercedes-Benz W123series 240D in the most desirable configuration with a 4-speed manual, manualwindows and Mercedes’ iconic painted hubcaps on styled aluminum wheels. With only92,400 actual miles, this pastel beige classic is in exceptional originalcondition. Sold new by Redwood City Autohaus Brugger (now Autobahn Motors)in 1981 and loved by its original owner till he passed away in 2006, Biscuithas never left the Bay Area in California. In fact, since leaving its originalowner, Biscuit has only accumulated approximately 7,000 miles. It has beengaraged its entire life and was kept away from snow and the sun. This car’s conditionis truly astonishing, particularly the interior, where there are no typicalsigns of W123 aging. The seats, sunvisors, door panels, dashboard, steeringwheel, carpeting, rear carpeted shelf, all four speaker covers and first aid kitcover show no fading, wear or wrinkling. The exterior chrome, plastic and rubber trim arecompletely unfaded and clear with no oxidation or degradation that is so commonwith these cars. The engine compartment is just stunning. Biscuit is definitelyone of those “must see to believe” vehicles.
