1981 Datsun / Nissan 280 ZX with only 44,000 miles. One owner, southern car. Car runs strong, all original even stereo system. All lights work. T- tops, AC, Automatic transmission. Car is GL, with gold aluminium trim. Very solid car, some rust on from cowl under windshield which appears to be common with these cars, some rust on the driver side bottom of the back rocker, should be repaired instead of replacing. Pictures show some other little issue but nothing big. The 280ZX was a complete redesign from Nissan focusing on fuel economy and aerodynamics without sacrificing handling or fun. New design features for the 280ZX featured independent front and rear suspension, longer wheel base, and almost 50/50 weight distribution. These handling assets make the 2nd generation Z cars to be one of the most sought after for track days and autocross events throughout the country. Powered by a very healthy 2.8l I-6 these Z s are known for their low end torque and great sounding exhaust. This particular example comes to us with only 44k original miles.
