Vehicle description
1980 Pontiac Firebird in excellent condition. The car runs and drives, brakes are great, red calipers to match exterior and interior, 93k original miles, A/C works (rare in these older cars). Brand new wheels/ tires, battery, and synthetic oil change. A few things you should know before buying: Steering wheel fluid leaks but I already purchased a new power steering pump as well as a new gasket kit that just have to be installed, and I still drive the car fine without it the fluid. There are two small cracks in the dash and one in the back by the speaker. There’s rust on the battery holder pan, under right and left floor pans but new ones come with the car it just needs to be installed. There’s a small amount of rust on the back left side of the car as shown in the picture. One of the head gaskets might need to be replaced because there is a little bit of fluid coming out of the side of it as shown in the picture. The weather stripping is faded. This car also comes with a bunch of new stuff that needs to be installed, a new headliner ($100), new LED Digital Dash Instrument Cluster ($300), clutch linkage kit/ clutch and brake pedals assembly for a manual transmission conversion if desired ($300), (LS engine conversion motor mount kit ($100), a different set of wheels/tires although the tires don’t hold air very well ($800), an unpainted spoiler ($200), and a new headliner ($100), new 3 row radiator with fans ($300), and brand new floor pans ($800).
