You are bidding on one 1979 Lincoln Versailles black and silver edition. This Car needs to be restored . It is very solid, but the paint is bad and the engine does not run. Was told the engine had no oil pressure. There is a tub of misc. parts in the trunk. The previous owner was told the car was possibly owned by country singing star Waylin Jennings. I was not able to verify that, but did find out the car was in Texas when new and was stolen in 1981 and recovered a few months later. This might explain the terrible black paint job. The spare tire loooks like has never been removed from car. The car has a clear title. Description are as follows: 1979 Lincoln Versailles, 302 V-8, Automatic, this car is loaded with about every option available, including aluminum wheels . The VIN is 9W84F615896. This car should be a pretty easy restoration. The body is pretty solid and the car appears to be complete . This will need to be trailered home and arrangements can be made to help you load the car.
