Vehicle description
This is the classic Land Rover Santana and it is the Spanish version of the UK series III. This 1978 model predates the Defender. It was purchased from the original owner in 2018 in Spain. It was well maintained but 40 years of Spanish sun takes a toll. The frame up restoration, includes an engine rebuilt, an interior redone and it was all done by a former Land Rover Santana dealer. All items are as close to original as possible, however seat belts and halogen lamps were added.
It starts in the coldest weather and the Safari roof keeps in cooler than you would expect on a hot summer day. All windows are sliding windows which affords a good air flow. The roof is fully removable from the body. It has not been driven in any snow or salt roads.
All papers and provenance showing the mileage in KM from Spain, USA import related papers, EPA, etc., et al., is available for inspection. The car has a clean title and all taxes are paid.
We are parting with this truck because our son is going to college.
