1978 F100 CUSTOM FREEWHEELIN FORD
Original paint and graphics.
Interior completely redone, custom seat upholstery, new carpet, dash pad is covered in same material as seat. Accessory ford steering wheel. all stock gauges work as well as triple gauge pod and tach.
Bluetooth amp hidden behind seat with sub-woofer and door speakers, sounds awesome! Stock radio still works with factory single dash speaker.
All new door window felts and scrapers.
Bed redone in cypress and bed rails new and powdercoated, all stainless hardware throughout. Some of the support rails have been replaced as needed. Also new tailgate chains and hidden locks.
All lights work, taillights have been upgraded to LED"S, dash lights are LED"S .
New fuel tank and sender. New headlight, brake light, and turn signal switch, column rebuilt with new bearings and shift gate.
Engine: New in 2020 351w bored .030 over with comp cams high energy cam and lifter kit, all new internals, stock heads, edelbrock performer intake, Holley brawler 650 double pumper, Accel distributor and coil, Aluminum radiator with thermostatically controlled electric fan runs cool all day long. headers dual exhaust and chambered mufflers that dump in front of rear axle.
Transmission New in 2020 Ford AOD trans just rebuilt with warranty from local shop. all new clutches, governor, valve body with transgo shift kit, and 2500-2800 stall converter. lokar TV cable.
Rear Axle New in 2021 Ford 8.8 disk brake rear end with new diff and new 3:73 gears with posi. All new carrier bearings, seals, rotors, hoses, and brakes. Brand new driveshaft. Flipped and C-notched and new shocks
Front end New in 2019 Drop I beams, springs, shocks, tie rod"s, caliper"s, hoses, rotor"s pads, master cylinder etc.
Wheels US MAGS 20x10 in rear with 285-35-20 brand new tires 20x9 in front with 225-45-20 tires
A/C system is a ebay system that has worked great since the day i installed it.
The truck looks great, runs great, stops great, and is a blast to drive. No issues whatsoever. Title in my name. Happy to answer any and all questions. As of 11-8-2021 i am having a custom floor mat made with the same carpet material as well as a leather wrap on the current steering wheel all done from the same upholsterer that did the seat and dash. This truck has had extensive work done over the past couple of years and has been a labor of love, It a super solid rust free example and will make the next owner very happy.
