This is a very original California Low Mile 280Z in beautiful preserved condition all around! This original Los Angeles Z was in long term storage and has been fully refreshed and serviced as a reliable driver. Loved by enthusiast owners and meticulously maintained with extensive records! This Z car is original and unmolested and retains its very desirable original features including exhaust shields, splash guards, idiot lights/buzzers, etc. It retains its unmodified matching numbers drivetrain, body panels, and original interior. It retains the majority of its factory parts and factory undercoating. Super straight and clean. It is an excellent runner/driver with COLD AC!. I am a serious Z collector. . It is extremely rare to find a rust free socal Z in this condition. Easy to convert to manual if desired! This little Z would be an awesome weekend cruiser, daily driver, or addition to any collection.
The body is rust free and straight. Frame, floors, and chassis are solid. . underside is super straight and retains most of its factory undercoating. Respray in original Datsun blue metallic presents very well with some minor blemishes and some fading in spots. . minor bubbling on the windshield cowl is an easy fix. Super nice Panasport rims and dealer option rear louvers.
The interior is super clean. . panels, carpet, and trim all look great. . drivers seat has stress. . dash is very nice with only minor cracking. . I have a full face molded cover for it as well. Gauges, lights, and electronics all work properly including the clock! . Nice late model Alpine sound system with blue tooth works and sounds good. AC blows cold.
Original L28 motor starts idles and runs fantastic. . tuned perfectly! The car has great power. . T rans shifts smooth and strong through the gears! Suspension feels tight and provides excellent ride and brakes stop straight and sure. Strong, powerful, and reliable. . freshly serviced and tuned. . ready to roll. . definite daily driver capable.
Overall this is a really cool Classic Z in great condition all around. I am a Z collector. This one makes a great investment and/or Awesome Weekend Cruiser, daily driver, or whatever you like.
