 (877) 211-7157 (877) 211-7157 Video 1977 Chevrolet Corvette RARE L82, MANUAL 4-Speed, 383 V8 94014 Miles Yellow Cou Exterior Color: Yellow Interior Color: Brown Body Type: Coupe Transmission: Manual Engine: V8 6.2L Mileage: 94,014 1977 Corvette Original RARE L82, 4-Speed, Current Configuration 383 Stroker/450HP 4-Speed. VIN # 1Z37X7S424889 This is a pampered 1977 & RARE L82(CLD), 4-Speed (M21) Vette that went thru a full body off in the 1990’s. Have original L82 #’s match Engine too. The 383/450hp is currently in the car. Super Clean Undercarriage, Bird Cage, Floor Pans, Frame overall, Interior, etc. (see all pics) Factory Bright Yellow(56) with Brown Leather Interior(692-Br/L). Aluminum wheels and brand-new Cooper Cobra’s purchased 1/18/22, A/C with Aftermarket AM/FM/Cass in-dash unit. All gauges work including clock(Water temp gauge temperamental), Never runs hot. Tach and Speedo work, ODO works(Trip does not work), Wipers, Horn and all interior/turn signal lights and all courtesy lights work, wipers work. Headlights work up/down as they should. 383 Stroker with Aluminum heads and Roller Rockers, and a large CAM is about all I can tell you about the guts of the engine. Ceramic Coated Hooker Super Competition Headers with Hooker Turbo Mufflers as well. High Torque Starter, Electric Fans, AC system revamped but needs flushed and recharged, Fiberglass Rear Leaf Spring, New Edeldrock 1406 600CFM Carb w/Elec Choke. New Battery. Has moderate rear end gears for cruising, not racing. When the restoration took place, Gas tank was pulled and special lined with rubber, Dynomat materials under carpet throughout, All brakes were redone(New Right Rear Caliper 1/22). Stats on being RARE: 49,213 Units in 1977 1) 1 of 1,942 Bright Yellow Vettes or 4% 2) 6,148 L82 Engines or 12% 3) 2,060 4-Speeds or 4%. 4) It’s a early model 77 with Key on Fender 5) Since 4-speed was required of all the L82’s, the car would be a 4% of 2,060 units or 1/82 possible vettes in this configuration and exterior original color in Yellow The body on this car is good and straight with amazingly tight doors and hood. Check out frame pics, worst you will see are paint chips on the frame as rock chips essentially. There are paint flaws or paint preparation flaws that stand out as you get about 2-3 feet away, a little hard water stains visible at the right angles and very few paint pimples towards front of hood but all that paint is in tact, they have not popped or been scratched off. By no means is it a show car for paint quality but is at driver quality or just barely below that. The features that can’t be denied on the car is A) how rare it is B) the engine in it and C) overall cleanliness. If the paint was closer to perfect, this is a $20K+ vette. I have the original L-82 Block in a crate with Cam and original manifold/carb to go with the car. However, the engine was stored in a warehouse that had water come into the building. There is no telling if the water damaged in the internals and seized the engine but it is yours if you will haul it off. I have no other plans for the Orig engine. I will not get involved with the shipping of the engine and only have contacts to ship the car. Shipping not included on the car. I have an open South Carolina Title but the car spent a majority of it’s life with 1 of 2 owners in Louisiana until 2002. Title was reassigned to a brother in SC due to death of owner in LA in 2021.
