I am the second owner of this lightly used BMW, I bought this Vehicle in 2012 off of the original owner. at that time it had 65,000 miles on it. the last inspection sticker reflected in 1985 that the mileage then was 53,000 miles. so since 1985 the car has been driven 16,000 miles. I own a BMW shop and I love these cars. when I first got it I went right though it mechanically. this is some of the work performed, front pads, rotors, wheel bearings and calipers, 4 new Michelin"s, rear shoes, drums and wheel cylinders, replaced with front seats with mini cooper seats, I still have the originals but they need to be redone, new exhaust, some cosmetic stuff such as new emblems, paint is original and is in good shape, completely rebuilt the engine nothing was spared, upgraded Carburetor to a webber, the car runs great and gets a lot of thumbs up. It seems everyone has a story to tell about a 2002 that they had in there life at some point. I"m sure I left something out so if you have any questions feel free to ask them.
