Vehicle description
Solid FJ40 Landcruiser. Runs great, shifts great, 4WD works. Frame is solid. No rust on body panels from what I can see. I have owned this FJ40 for a few years and love it. Needs to go to make room in garage and lately have not been able to drive it as often as I would like. Comes with half soft doors and a BEST top in excellent condition. Will try to post pics with top on if I can find them. Will install top if sold so it can be transported and protected. All original except for tires and T-rex suspension shackles in rear which can be removed. Power steering was added using mini truck conversion kit and works great with bigger tires that were added. Runs down the road straight with no pull to left or right. Interior front seat was custom modified to accept people larger than 6" tall like myself and it is very comfortable with seat adjustment. This is a 43+ year old vehicle which has held up well. Lots of fun to drive. There is no warranty and bought as-is. Electronic ignition kit installed with a cut-off switch. Paint looks great with no rust, but it is not a show room collector car paint job. But does look great as can be seen in pics. Also comes with original rear heater system (see pic) which was never installed as I do not drive it too often in the winter.
