Vehicle Details Up for auction is a fully restored (2013) 1974 Triumph TR6 with 54,310 miles. Everything on this car works as it should. The engine does not smoke, starts and runs smoothly, and pulls the car through its 4 speed transmission with ease. The engine compartment is clean and dry. The car is rust free all around and the underside was under coated during the restoration. The car has been in my garage since I’ve owned it, and my garage floor has only a few quarter size fluid spots on it, so this Triumph is virtually leak free! She runs on Michelin 185-15-X redline tires with about 60% tread life left. The interior is clean and in very good condition, though the drivers seat does have a 4” tear in one of the seams. The black vinyl top is in good condition with two minor tears at the stress points and the corner snaps have torn out. The body is solid with no visible rust anywhere. The mimosa yellow paint shines like new, though the paint job is a quality 8 of 10 and does show imperfections upon close inspection. This is a fantastic good weather driver that has been without issues through the 7 years I’ve owned it. I’m moving to a new house that doesn’t have the storage for the 3 TR6’s I own, and I unfortunately need to let someone else enjoy these toys going forward. I also have a 1976 fully original TR6 currently on Ebay With 54,000 miles as well as another 1976 fully original with overdrive and AC with 23,000 miles that has been in storage since 1983.
