I want to be as transparent as possible with this vehicle listing. Please contact me with any questions prior to bidding. This car has a running engine with earlier model SU carbs, but will need some work before it is a driver. I am listing this as a parts car or mechanics special in need of a full restoration.
I had this vehicle inspected prior to listing and the following are issues that were found with it. 1. This car has rust that will need repaired to restore chassis intregity. I have included the pictures that were provided to me to illustrate this. 2. Needs clutch replacement (pressure plate will not disengage enough for the vehicle to go into reverse while running 3. Engine Oil leak from Front Main Seal 4. Transmission leak from rear seal 5. Brake hoses need replaced 6. Exhaust leaks need repaired (new system recommended) 7. Tie Rod ends & Ball Joints need replaced 8. Ignition Switch needs replaced 9. Not all guages are functioning 10. Body & Interior work needed. This car will come with the bumpers that are not pictured.
I purchased this vehicle a month ago in a hurry and made the mistake of not having it properly inspected due to the crazy, high demand for these Z cars. I have since decided this vehicle is a bit more of a project than I want to tackle and hope that it finds a good home. The title was not transferred in the last month since I purchased it, but is in hand.
