PRICE REDUCED
Open to reasonable offer and I can end the auction. Ebay outsmarted me again with automatic relist - I was going to add the "make an offer" option when relisting. Garage space is needed for next project. . you may notice a GT6 lurking in the background. Decided to start on that one rather than keep the TR6.
Nice stock 1973 TR6 with many new and rebuilt parts. Can"t attest to mileage - previous owner thought it was actual when I got it. Starts, runs and drives well. .last on the road over 25 years ago. Excellent original frame, reinforced differential mounts. Body very solid, original floors were both replaced (new panels welded in) as they were soft, with pinholes in the footwell area. Paint (has been repainted in original Sienna brown color) is decent 5" with flaws, but shines nice. Front suspension rebuilt. . ball joints, tie rods, bushings etc. . Gas tank cleaned and sealed, carbs rebuilt. All new clutch hydraulics and almost new clutch. Brakes rebuilt with new master cylinder, calipers, wheel cylinders and rubber hoses. New u-joints. New coolant hoses, thermostat, filters and fan belt. Pertronix electronic ignition. New convertible top and restored top framework. New interior panels and good carpet. Dash is very nice with good finish and working set of gauges. Seats in good shape, but have some repaired areas. Chrome is very nice - front just re-chromed, new rear center section. Many other new misc. parts. Overall, a nice driver quality car. As with any LBC, expect to be tinkering- it"s not a Miata.
