Vehicle description

1972 international Harvester Scout II from Oregon, GM 3/4 ton frame, driveline, transfer case, automatic transmission, 8 lug axles. Clean title, Super solid shape with minimal rust. Body may have original paint, cool patina on the hood, mild build on the Chevy 350, starts and runs nice, electric fan, aluminum radiator. The frame off conversion was done nice and has extra shocks all around. Sitting on 35"s, you can see the 38"s in one of the photos. The hard work is done. I bought this for a father-son project, we have had zero time to work on it since purchasing in February, I bought 2 1/2 inch pocket flares from broncoflares.com, designed for the scout II, but they are not installed( $510, ( go to their site to see what they look like) Also can come with additional set of 38 inch tires and rims for $400 with the winning bid or I"ll sell them locally on CL for $6-700. My plan was to install the flares, put in some cool new bucket seats, and do some tinkering, and enjoy the summer with it. Sorry most of the pictures show the truck pretty dirty. Hot market on the Scouts going up, I"ve seen them 15-20-80k just like the Broncos. This could quickly be a nice $15-20K fun driver for a few grand. There are a few dings and very small amount of rust as expected for something 46 years old, The Scout has been sitting mostly for several years indoors, overall a very solid truck with the hard work done. Also for sale locally on CL. Will help arrange shipment. Let me know if you want specific answers, or pictures, or video, I will try to accommodate. Thanks for looking!
