Vehicle description
This car is relisted because buyer story91 did not follow through on being the high bidder! NO communication after winning the bid. Very sad that this person feels it is ok to do this to a recent widow.
IF YOU HAVE LESS THAN 20 FEEDBACK, CONTACT ME BEFORE BIDDING! This 1972 Demon belonged to a great customer/friend of mine that recently passed, and I was asked by his wife to find a new home for it. It was used for drag racing, but can be converted to street use with adding exhaust system, additional front seat, etc. The body and paint are in very nice condition, showing a few flaws from use. The car is very structurally sound, with solid floors, subframe connectors, and a six point roll bar. Rear suspension includes Mopar Super Stock springs and sliders. The engine is a very rowdy 360CI small block Mopar, including heavily massaged Edelbrock aluminum heads, Solid roller cam and valvetrain, forged pistons, H-beam rods, balanced rotating assembly, topped off with a Holley carb and fired by an MSD digital 6 ignition and distributor. There are about 10 runs on the engine since freshening, and is ready to race. Transmission is a Hipster "Glide and trans brake. Rearend is an 8 3/4" with 4:56 gears and Moser axles. It has Centerline wheels with 29.5X10.5 M/T slicks on the rear, and 5.50X15 Moroso tires on the front It is also equipped with a NOS system. The owner would take it to the track and run effortless 10 second times. He never pushed it, and always maintained the car. It is a nice toy that someone will really enjoy! I am available to speak with any serious parties at to further answer any questions. It has a very reasonable reserve, considering the investment made and quality of components. I will help load the car if needed. Out of country sale welcomed as long as all shipping is arranged by buyer. Payment in full is due within 72 hours of auction end.
