If you win the vehicle, please send a $500 deposit to our Paypal account within 24 hours. Balance to be paid by check, cash or wire transfer. Please call us directly so we can work out the paperwork and delivery after deposit has been made. We charge $115 for paperwork and title transfer, and 45 day tags are available.
We sell all cars as-is, which means the buyer is responsible for any and all repairs, according to the Ohio Buyer’s Guide. Remember: it’s the buyer’s responsibility to inspect the car before bidding. We are offering for sale a 1971 Buick Centurion. This car is an original survivor. This car only has 87K original miles and the title is clean as shown in the pictures. Being that it has such low miles, this car has only been driven less than 2K miles a year. We think it"s in absolutely beautiful shape for a 47 year old car. The car starts and runs 100% down the road. The convertible top works, and all four power windows work. The rear windows stick a little bit and sometimes you have to help them up. The power seat works, heat works, radio works, it shifts correctly, the front end is tight and the brakes are to the top.
The belt is off the air conditioning, but the air conditioner is not frozen. Being that it"s the middle of January, we didn"t find it that important to make the air conditioning work. You could get lucky, put a belt on and have cold air. This car is very well equipped with the 455 engine, which is the top of the line. This car has the Buick factory magwheels, and the spare tire is a mag also. In the trunk is a two-piece parade boot that"s in perfect condition, including 4 black mats for the car. The floors and the frame underneath this vehicle are in excellent condition. The trunk itself also is very solid. The convertible top looks fine but it"s not new.
All 4 tires on the car are in good condition. The bumpers, as seen in the pictures, couldn"t look any nicer than they do. The paint on the car doesn"t look much different than when it was new. The interior of the car couldn"t be any nicer than it is for an original interior. If you"re looking for a full-size convertible that had a limited production (only made from 1971-1973), this would definitely be a very nice car to cruise around in.
