You are bidding on a very well kept and strong running 1970 Triumph TR6 Convertible. I purchase this car in 2016 from a local Highway Patrol officer who inherited it from his father who passed away. It has been in the same family for over 30+ years. I am downsizing my classic car collection so I have decided to sell this great car. The car was originally yellow from the factory but had been repainted years ago to black. The paint is in OK condition but could use a fresh repaint if desired. The interior appears original and is in pretty good shape considering the age of the car. The car is mechanically sound and can been used as a daily driver. All of the electrical seems to be in good working condition. The wheels on the car are vintage Enkie . I was told that these wheels are highly sought after and rather expensive. I have the original wheels (freshly powder coated) with the trim rings and center caps that are included in the sale of the car. The convertible top is in good shape and the car comes with the convertible boot cover shown in the pictures, and full cockpit tonneau cover with driver zip out section. I also have the factory hard top that is in good condition. There is a custom rear exhaust fitted to the car. I have the original factory rear exhaust as well. The car comes with factory service manuals, an extra polished aluminum valve cover, and original chromed factory air cleaner.
