Up for Auction an iconic 1970 International Scout 800 A. This is a solid Scout, engine was rebuild 2 years ago/ 3500 miles. it has well over 10k in upgrades and modifications, power steering, tires, front and rear bumpers, rear led stop lights, seats recently upholster with marine grade materials. Floors are solid. brakes, 4x4 differentials and trans work as they should. The cabin top and doors can be removed to drive with out them, if I’m not mistaken a full top or canvas top can be install as well, The bad: after rebuilding motor and driven for a while, been that it is a 45+ year old vehicle, the wire harness was given some issues, the mechanic recommended to rewire the whole system and upgrade with a fuel injection . Well at the time it sounded like the right thing to do but the mechanic shop closed its doors and the job was left 50% done. the engine runs if you put gas down it’s throat but it’s going to need some work to get it back on the road, as you can see on the pics a new fuse box was installed. this vehicle it’s sold AS IS and i offer no warranty.
