About this vehicle This 1970 Ford Mustang Boss is a restored vehicle. The owner has had it for 2 years. The vehicle runs great and is mainly used for car shows. Seller"s Notes In 2021 this stunning Boss achieved gold in MCA judged shows. Best in Show at Regional Boss- Shelby meet, 2021 Kansas Boss Nationals, took 1st place in Boss 302 class. Vehicle Details This Boss 302 had a complete concourse quality restoration in 2010 with less than 280 miles since restored. This totally rust free exterior contains a repaint of non original Ford Calypso Coral ( I Code), the factory color being Lime Metallic ( G Code). The Boss 302 blackout treatment and correct stripes are applied. All glass is date coded. Factory bumpers were rechromed. Original factory installed options are: shaker hood, front spoiler, rear spoiler, am-8track radio, tachometer,original console and reconditioned rim blow steering wheel, power disc brakes. Previous owner added rear window slats, magnum 500 rims with polyglas F60x15 tires,Scott Fuller reproduction exhaust system,fold down rear seat and clock (working)The completely restored interior has been upgraded to the Ford Deluxe White ( EW code) from original standard medium Ivy Green (BG code). The original factory Hurst 4 speed shifter with T handle is in place. Seat belts and shoulder harnesses are all reconditioned and retagged with date coded labels.The correctly restored trunk compartment contains a quality reproduction trunk mat, original F78 space saver spare, inflation canister and correct jack. Engine compartment has original serial # engine, fully rebuilt at time of restoration. All correct Boss 302 equipment is in place, including shaker hood assembly with snorkel and heat shield, exhaust manifolds, aluminum valve covers, rev limiter, NOS z-bar, autolite alternater, distributor,carburetor,pullys and complete smog equipment. The previous owner added an original complete drag pac oil cooler assembly, 391 gears and original recore radiator w/ NOS radiator cap.
