Vehicle description
For sale is this beautiful 1968 Saab 95 wagon with low miles, 55,530. It is white with a black interior. This car was bought in Vermont 2 years ago and was in storage for 26 years. The last time it was on the road was in 1994, we left the original sticker on the car. We drained and cleaned the gas tank and all of the lines and put in all new fluids. The valve covers were taken off and cleaned and have new gaskets. Work done: New valve cover gaskets, oil change and filter, engine compartment cleaned and painted, the gas tank and gas lines cleaned. Car was striped and repainted its original white. All original black interior and carpets has just been cleaned and the dashboard repainted, then sent to the upholstery shop to re-vinyl the top.
The engine carburetor was changed to a new Weber, it has new plugs and wires. New hoses and clamps. You are welcome to call for an appointment to inspect the car before you place a bid. It is being sold As-Is. The inside cargo area was stripped and painted the same color as the exterior. Red oak slats were made to fit the curves and screwed down with stainless steel screws. The roof rack is custom-made to fit the Saab 95 wagon from 5/8 conduit bent and welded and painted. The slats on the roof rack are red-wood and held down with stainless screws and lock nuts. To remove it simply remove 6 bolts and it"s off. The car has 4 brand new 2 1/4" white wall tires with no miles on them. There is 55,530 miles on it and was told that is correct. The car runs like a dream and also has a new battery, new trim rings and the is no rust at all. This car has the original owners manual that shows an oil change at 50,900 miles in May of 1984 and another at 52,580 miles on 9/7/84. This car comes with a Bill of sale and notarized paperwork from the State of New Hampshire so it can be registered in your state. If you have any questions, call Al at (NO texts, please). If you have no feedback or negative feedback call before you bid or we will remove you bid.
