About this vehicle This 1968 Pontiac Firebird is an original. The owner has had it for 5+ years. The vehicle needs work. Seller"s Notes Buyer is responsible for shipping Vehicle Details 1968 Pontiac Firebird. This is a project! A lot of the work has been done, but still needs a lot. I purchased something else and lost interest. Numbers matching 350, original Powerglide long gone. A good BOP TH350 comes with the car, but is not installed. Engine rebuilt last year. Starts and runs great. Everything new installed on engine. New aluminum radiator, headers, Edelbrock carb and intake, water pump, etc. Clean title. Most everything included to put this car back together. 98% of the rust has been fixed. Still needs rear window bottom corners fixed. Does have a few pinholes in the trunk. What metal has been replaced: both rear quarters, both rear inner and outer wheel wells, tail panel, both front floor pans, DS inner and outer rocker, both front fenders, both front wheel wells, front valance, new passenger door, new driver door skin, new core support and other smaller parts. Small dent in DS front fender and PS door. New brakes all the way around, front converted to disk. New body bushings, fuel tank and leaf springs. Front end rebuilt. Rear end is a 3:42 non posi Nova rear end. Interior is in really good shape, it’s just gold. Does not have carpet, headliner, front or back glass. Does start, steer and roll.
