1968 Mercedes-Benz 200-Series . I AM SELLING THIS VEHICLE FOR A FRIEND. HE IS A LAWYER AND HAD THIS TO SAY ABOUT THE VEHICLE."The car is extremely clean for a 52 year old car. I have owned the car for 17 years and I have always kept it in the garage. In those 17 years it has been driver 18,000 miles because it was not my main car. At some point during the time I owned it I had a new/rebuilt engine put in. It is currently not running because it needs to have it"s head gasket replaced, according to my mechanic. Four of the six cylinders have compression and two don"t have compression because of the head gasket, according to my mechanic. If you"re interested in discussing this I can put you in touch with my mechanic.I"m selling the car at this time because I have eight other cars between 30 and 70 years old and I can"t keep up with the maintenance and registration on all of them.I bought the 68 Mercedes from the Colusa County District Attorney and when I fist saw it I thought it was the most elegant car I"d ever seen.
