About this vehicle This 1968 Ford LTD is an original. The owner has had it for 1 year. The vehicle runs great and is mainly used for weekend drives. Vehicle Details Beautiful 1968 Ford Ltd, has 390 v8 with factory A/C, 18 inch rims and tires and tires have about 50 miles on them. Newer brakes, battery, belts, brake master cylinder and fuel tank. Runs good with no smoking or noises at all and drives great. Automatic transmission shifts smooth. Smooth on bumps, no noises, has inserts in coil springs if removed would probably lower the car 2-3 inches. Drivers frame has been patched professionally. A/c does not turn on, passenger side exhaust manifold leaks. Starts every time and cruises smooth. Has been painted sometime in its life and has couple spots where its flaking right in front of rear tires. Trunk has small rust spot at bottom of quarter drivers side only visible from inside the trunk. Floors are perfect, doors are great, windows crank easily. Hideaway headlights only work manually, no vacuum to the headlights for some reason. Just acquired the factory 4 barrel intake for it. Has newer dual exhaust. All lights work. I've driven it around my town for couple hours at a time on weekends, never drove it long distance on interstate but have had it on the interstaterunning 75mph with no problems. Doesn't overheat, has very slow oil drip under motor. Seats are original and could use recovering, I covered the front seat with some headliner material i had only because seat was sticky, its in same condition as the rear seat pictured. Car is not perfect but its drivable and really cool cars that turns heads when driving. I love the hideaway headlights, I never seen these LTDs until this one. Also the 1968 body line is awesome, body seams are straight, doors shut easy. Nice old car. All the pictures I have are posted, it is cross posted. Has clean indiana title.
