1968 DODGE DART GT I found this car in Maine alot of racing memories in this . The car was purchased in 1993 to build this 1/4 mile car fully restored then in 1996 original 340 motor pulled mancMan racing lower 340 bored to 416 worked aluminum heads 750 jetted and worked holly carb frame is linked and welded 8 3/4 suregrip rear 4:56 gears 727 reverse valve body tranny . Rear pinion snubber no fuel cell tank from a barracuda the brother told me electric fuel pump this car was built by him and is totally bad to the bone I"ve had alot of muscle cars and this is definitely if not the quickest it"s up there .The owner one of the brothers raced this at new England dragway and supposedly dominated there brother got sick @2003 and sadly passed away brother that built motor and transmission got the car had nowhere to store it so I got it from him. This car is not cut up not roll cage all lights work it runs and drives great brakes straight steers great I can"t stress how strong the motor and transmission are has 4:56 gears so if you want to drive it on the street Alot I"d change the gears there is some rust popping up from restoration but not bad around windows are pretty good and vinyl top is nice tires are good and comes with a great set of vintage brand new M/T slicks. Floors are good just small pin holes there are previous patchwork not bad for @1998 trunk is good also with no holes .
