RELISTING. Winning bidder edy452 refused to purchase via message 2 hours before auction ended. 1967 Pontiac Firebird. Originally a 326 car, now has a 1973 Pontiac 350 that was rebuilt with a mild cam 25 years ago and car has been on the road since since I bought it 26 years ago. Original paint was Mariner Turquoise with turquoise deluxe interior. Runs good, two speed auto , rear end has a bearing noise and was like that when I bought it. Has a coolant leak where water pump bolts to intake, common pontiac problem. Wiring is ok but needs cleaning up. I took it off the road last year. Front tires have dry rot, rear tires are new. Car has been driven a few hundred miles since I purchased it. Front seats have new foam and were recovered and in great condition, rear seat also recovered and in great shape. New headliner 25 years ago but has a rip, can be repaired. Front floor boards have some rust and I have new floorboards riveted in as a temporary fix, rear floor has a couple small rust holes. Trunk and frame are solid, trunk has some surface rust. Roof had a vinyl top but was peeling and I removed it years ago, has surface rust but solid. Passenger rear quarter panel was replaced before I bought it and needs to be fixed, gap at door is wider than it should be. Has rust on bottom of front fenders, one front fender extension and quarter panels as shown in pics. Hood, trunk lid, doors are solid. Other than passenger rear quarter, I believe the rest of body is original as well as all glass. Has a dash cap over original dash that was in rough condition. Has Camaro deluxe door panels that are in decent condition exept lower carpet panels. I have a new carpet that has been in my basement in original box and new rubber underlayment that is included as well as all original stainless exterior trim pieces in good shape. I have other parts that I may include depending on auction price. Car sold as is. I might list locally so auction may end early. Payment must be received in 7 days.
