Vehicle Details 1966 Cadillac Calais, known as a Hardtop sedan. I bought this car with 40000 miles on it in 2016 from the second owner which was an elderly man who had inherited it from an older couple he grew up around. Health and storage issued forced him to sell after years of ownership. I’ve put about 7000 miles on her since my purchase. The car is dependable and is driven on 200 miles drives often. Paint is original as with everything else on the car. It does show expected chips and scratches with a couple minor grandma bumps that can be seen in the pictures. Interior is nice, seats are near perfect under the dealer installed covers. Carpets are a little dusty, 20 minutes of effort would clean them up nicely. Dash pad has one crack. The floors are solid and rust free, but there is some rust in the rear floor supports which is common to these cars. The bottom of the right front bumper end has some typical rust from battery acid. The drive train runs out nicely and I would trust this car on the road to anywhere. Only two known items not working; (Fuel gauge does not work) (The windows intermittently work or not) Would consider responsible offers, or trades and possible delivery.
